By installing or using the Agent-Commit Tracker GitHub App ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
Agent-Commit Tracker is a free developer tool designed to bring transparency to AI-generated code by reading Pull Requests, extracting context, and posting a formatted Markdown report into the PR. It is provided primarily for users of the GitHub platform.
2. Provided "As-Is"
Agent-Commit Tracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Corax CoLAB or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Agent-Commit Tracker GitHub App. You use the service at your own risk.
4. Acceptable Use and Termination
You agree not to abuse, spam, or artificially trigger the webhook endpoints. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Agent-Commit Tracker for any user or repository at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect malicious activity or excessive load that threatens the stability of our infrastructure.
5. Usage and Limitations
As a free developer tool:
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part or feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice.
- We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the App without notice or liability.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle the minimal data the App interacts with. The App operates on webhook payloads, does not clone your repository, and does not retain your source code or user data.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
